Preface i hope this message contains all the information that you need to completely heal your teeth :D i have had 2 (lower) wisdom teeth removed because they were horizontally inwards rather than vertically upwards and causing pressure on all the other teeth and i've discovered several ways to help restore teeth to their full health as well as take care of any infections naturally, without surgery, unless the physical orientation is causing problems, or if the infected area is difficult to access (like with a plastic syringe) Breakthrough i've just noticed (in the last few days) a lessening of the sensitivity on my molar for the first time in months, after testing a very serious overhaul of my diet and use of supplements for a few months apparently it takes a little while before this new regiment starts kicking in Holistic i notice also that there is a relationship between our overal health and the health of our teeth if there is something wrong with our body, we can also notice it in the health of our teeth or digestion system by applying proper physical healing treatment (through natural means) for our teeth or digestion system, we automatically take care of the origin of the problem i found that this is because the natural healing treatment raises the overall frequency of our physical vibration, addressing also any other issue in the body, including the ailment's origin Acceleration i also found that when combining physical treatment with both emotional and mental treatment (like therapies and mindfulness practices), it not only permanently clears underlying issues, but it also amplifies and accelerates the overall healing process Lists just to focus on the physical aspect, i have created a list of things that i have used and am using to succesfully help my dental issues supplements: - (expensive) fermented cod liver oil (FCLO), from the brand "green pastures", also as a butter oil blend which is recommended - vitamin D3 ... i take around 1x 10,000mg per capsule, or 10x 1,000ml per drop - vitamin E ... a complementary extra per day - vitamin K2 ... not that much needed per day - magnesium ... just some extra per day - msm (sulfur) ... at least 5 small scoops per day (about 3 capsules) (ask your body how much it needs every time, and it will give you a reply through subtle feelings) foods: - calcium rich fish (like salmon) at least twice a week (bless profusely and apply seaweeds/colloidal silver for cleansing heavy metals) - raw cheese at least once every 2 days (vitamin K2) - regular citrus fruit (orange, lemon) (stimulates cleansing/flow) - powerful greens (spinach, kale, chlorella, spirulina, wheatgrass) (vitamin C and other minerals/vitamins) - lots of coconut products, especialy oil (cleansing and mouth hygiene) - at least a table spoon of cacao per day (sometimes in a drink, or as dark chocolate) (calcium, magnesium, etc) - lots of fresh fruit (stimulates lightness) - superfoods (goji, golden berries, camu, etc) (vitamins, minerals) - a few nuts and seeds per week (vitamins, minerals) avoid/reduce: - no wheat or spelt (maybe 1 nibble per week max), but kamut is good (processed wheat creates many problems, from tooth decay to hemorrhoids. and is found in way too many foods) (note: it is not required to completely avoid food that have come into contact with wheat;
